JANTAR 2 – plasma and oxygen cutting machine

JANTAR 2 cutting machine has high capacity and is designed for precise cutting in oxy-fuel or plasma technology. Use of dual drive system allows to get very high speed and quality of cut also for small holes.

JANTAR 2 is produced in working width 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000mm with possibility of extension of longitudinal track in module 2000mm. JANTAR 2 is equipped with a self-contained table, so the geometry of the machine does not change irrespective of weight and temperature of the material. Loading and work with thicker and heavier materials isn’t a problem. JANTAR 2 works with high capacity, cutting speed is about 18-20 m/min according to  thickness of the material.

JANTAR 2 series machines are equipped with longitudinal dual  drive. Power transmission system is built by AC motor with resolver, planetary gear and toothed wheel. Clearance-less work of device is guaranteed by the springing clamp of toothed wheel to toothed bar. The suitable size of guiding carriages and ground carriageway guarantee high stability of the portal.
