The series of Sapphire BL2 devices consists of the highest class industrial devices designed for continuous operation in the hardest conditions. It enables cutting with oxy-fuel torch up to thickness of 300 mm. The device is equipped with mechanical and electronic elements, which guarantee reliability and high productivity at minimum maintenance requirements. The device is produced in working widths from 2000 to 6000 mm with unlimited length of the longitudinal track. There is a possibility of optional equipment application, i.e. plasma cutting devices, drilling system, plasma marking device and the system for shape cutting of pipes.

High quality, synchronised together dual lengthwise drive allows achieving of high dynamic parameters of the device. The drive is transmitted from the AC motors controlled through the inverters, to the precise toothed bars installed on the longitudinal and lateral guides. The machine fulfils all requirements of applicable Polish and European standards in the scope of work quality, cutting precision and quality of surface after cutting DIN 8523, DIN 2310, PN-76/M69774, PN-74/M69102.
Robust design of SAPPHIRE BL2 cutting machine is made from large cross-section closed profiles. To increase stiffness of the device, the portal beam is made as welded structure, consisting of two closed profiles welded together. It allows designing of devices with working width up to 6000 mm and the cutting thickness up to 300 mm.
